Q-performance is a class full of variety that challenges your stamina and strenght. This is one of Fysikens' more intense classes with a high pulse, mobility movements and rotations. 

This class always offer a new set-up of combinations with intervalls to improve your strenght, coordination, cardio and stability. 

It's good to have some basic experience from Tabata, kettlebells and treadmills before joining Q-performance.

Requirements for prior experience

Don't do this class if you have any injuries. It's good to have some experiance from tabata or kettlebells.

The class consists of

  • Warm-up using your body weight
  • Intervalls using tools. The class varies every time, always a new workout! 
  • Kettlebells, bulgarian sandbags, bodyweight movements, treadmills, TRX, ropes and a lot more

  • The class is held in the gym
  • The music is the same as in the gym
  • All equipment is available at the class
