Pilates

Pilates is an exercise form with focus on strengthening your core. You get a strong back and abdominals, get more aware of your body, improve your posture, improve your flexibility and learn to stabilize pelvis, back, shoulders, neck and scapula. The breathing is active and aware and will give support to the movements. No cardio training is included.
