The basic level for those who are new to yoga or want to strengthen their base.

YOGA 

For beginners and experienced practitioners. Low to medium skill levels.

YOGA AVANCERAD 

Previous knowledge helps and is somewhat expected, expect some physical challenge.

YOGA YIN 

Passive positions with soft stretch that are performed in silence with a conscious presence.

YOGA INVERSIONS 

Focus on developing balance and strength where we practice handstands, balances and headstand.

YOGA IN ENGLISH 

For all you lovely English speakers out there. Everyone welcomed tho!
